  10. Just two quick questions from a relative beginner:

  12. 1) How can I make and link libraries in Turbo C++ 3.0 (DOS)? There is a text
  13. file available, but I find it incomprehensible.

  15. 2) What ftp sites are GCC and the associated C++ components available from? I'd
  16. prefer an Australian site, but at this stage I'll take any.
